Supporting open day events at Loughborough University while reflecting on my time allowing me to answer questions from parents and prospective students. This role allowed me to gain confidence in public speaking after performing a presentation to approximately 200 people.

Observing a wide variety of players from a range of leagues and writing reports on them. More recently this has included commenting specifically on the psychology of individuals within a number of areas. This often involves observing a few games on a specific player prior to writing a psychological report on the individual.

Assisting the know rivalry project team with data collection for teams in the top 4 English divisions. In partnership with UMASS and Loughborough university advertising for participants to fill in a survey regarding this topic area. Aiding improvement of my organisation and excel skills.

Walt Disney World Florida

A summer work cultural exchange programme in the United States of America working in Walt Disney world Florida. This involved a position in Satu’li canteen which is Disney world’s best quick service food and beverage restaurants. Aiding me on gaining experience within the food industry whilst getting the best experience in customer service.

Responsible for creating a safe environment at busy festivals as part of the Alliance Events team. Allowing me to develop my skills of identifying and solving potential hazards in these busy fast paced environments where you are subject to many distracting factors.

Mastered the ability to communicate with customers effectively during one of the busiest times of the year at next whilst still maintaining high level of quality customer service. As well as this it allowed me to develop my commercial awareness due to being aware of our major rivals.
