I have extensive experience working in HR & ER leadership roles, both in Australia and the UK. I have worked across a variety of industries - energy, transport, construction, engineering, retail, public sector and not-for-profit.I have extensive generalist P&C skills, with a particular interest in business partnering, employee relations, industrial relations and organisational change. I currently lead a team of P&C professionals providing business partnering, ER/IR, L&D and I&D services to a diverse business group across multiple sites. I work closely with our business to set up and mobilise our diverse renewable projects including Energy Storage, Hydrogen, Wind and Solar project. I recently completed level 1 IECL coaching certificate and an investigation skills course. I also have completed a Masters in Strategic HRM, which complements both my work experience and previous qualifications - a Graduate Certificate in Management and Bachelor of Commerce majoring in HR & ER.
