I am a very dependable person, I am able to make and maintain routines to make my job the most efficient without lacking in compassionate care for my residents. I am easily able to get to know my residents which helps me be able to identify when there are changes that need to be reported or addressed by registered staff.   Most of my experience (4+ years) is with geriatric patients who need various levels of care, patients with dementia and other chronic and acute conditions. I really hold a lot of value in providing not just adequate care but in going above and beyond the status quo, in building relationships with my residents and putting in the extra effort to get to know them and their likes and dislikes and helping them live their best life in their new long term home. I am a dedicated employee who tries to help out wherever I am able, even helping out other departments when the need arises.  I try to lead by example, so that other staff open up more and to improve morale amongst all staff members.
