Product: inductor/ferrite beado Verify and evaluate new product quality according to the APQP procedure, initiate quality control plan, measurement system evaluation, process capability analysis, reliability test etc. to ensure that product can meet quality objectives and customer requirements.o Drive CFT team resolve daily quality issues to make continuous improvement; Push improvements for top defects by 6sigma project to achieve the quality target.o Handle customer complaint: Quick response for complaints from global customers, do failure analysis for returned sample, drive CFT team identify the root cause, take corrective actions, verify the effectiveness of corrective actions, monitor actions implementing and submit 8D report to customer in time. Coordinate RMA part’s disposition among customer, company and subcontractor.
