Tip the Narrative• Overview: Collaborated with U.S. Embassy Kuala Lumpur to conduct a holistic campaign aiming to increase empathy and shift Malaysians’ attitude towards trafficking in persons (TIP). • Managed the recruitment and acted as main point of contact for our Fellowship Programmes participants consisting of content creators and media practitioners. The participants went through our modules on TIP and classes by partners such as Meta and Faqcheck Lab and produced a total of 12 impactful videos on Instagram and TikTok, and 15 media publications from various media agencies, amounting to 1 million reach and 500,000 engagements across our social media platforms.• Identified potential partners and established various collaborations, leading to Project Liber8's media appearance on LiteFM and JinnyBoyTV Hangouts, and the production of three PSA video series with BestBoy Studio on TIP.#BawaMalaPulang• Overview: Collaborated with various parties including YB Senator Dato' Sivaraj Chandran, Embassy of Malaysia in Kathmandu, and MAITI Nepal to reunite Mala Vello, a Malaysian mother who was trafficked to Nepal for over 10 years and was wrongly imprisoned due to overstaying her visa despite being a trafficking victim.• Made media appearances on New Straits Times' Beyond the Headlines and Sana Sini podcasts to advocate for Mala Vello's case and the importance of improving legislation to protect human trafficking victims and survivors.• Liaised with Mala Vello's family to provide emotional support and updates on her status in Nepal while maintaining empathy and confidentiality.

MIDEQ Impact and Engagement• Overview: Collaborated with School of Arts and Social Sciences, Monash University Malaysia, to produce creative outputs consisting of three digital comics and two podcast episodes based on the real-life experiences of Nepali migrant workers in Malaysia.• Managed and coordinated the talents working on this project which included illustrator, writer, podcast producer, voice actors, from Malaysia and other parts of the world.• Conducted FGDs with the Nepali community in Klang Valley to gather their feedback on our outputs with the assistance of a translator. The outputs were well-received, and the community resonated deeply with the stories depicted.Young Futuremakers Malaysia: Cita Rasa Masa Depan• Overview: Collaborated with International Labour Organization and Standard Chartered Foundation to run a holistic campaign aimed to raise awareness on the benefits of TVET programme for culinary and F&B industries amoung the B40 young women community.• Assisted with development of social media infographics in Malay language.• Coordinated the planning and conducted six live sessions on Facebook and Instagram with speakers from various backgrounds to promote the benefits of TVET culinary and F&B programmes. Ratio:Cause Website Development• Developed the website for Ratio:Cause to amp up its online presence from A-Z using WordPress and Elementor.Online Safety IRL• Overview: Collaborated with Kementerian Komunikasi, Meta, CelcomDigi, Content Forum, and SAYS to run an online campaign and two fellowship programmes targeting content creators and youths, each from diverse backgrounds to be advocates for shaping the future of online safety. • Oversaw the website development and maintenance for onlinesafetyirl.com from the procurement to maintenance stages. Served as the main point of contact, coordinating between the developer and team to ensure timely and effective delivery.• Assisted with fellows recruitments for Creators IRL component.

• Managed social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and the group’s website, and attend to enquiries in a timely manner.• Created marketing plan for CSR campaign called #MealsThatGive that aimed to empower the physically disabled and marginalised community, and successfully crowdfunded RM15,000 within 2 months.• Revamped daily investment research stories on IG Story to a more digestible and attractive format with a clear call-to-action for investors.

• Reorganised the layout and navigation of CME’s website to ease users in finding their desired content.• Uploaded content promptly when needed and ensure website was always up and working.

• Prepared monthly social media calendar and guidelines on messaging tone and social media channels usage as each platform has a different purpose.• Led the website redesign initiative in terms of UX analysis, cost-effective vendor procurement, overseeing the website development, and stakeholder management.• Worked on content dissemination strategy (copywriting and social media postings) with the Economics and Business team to push out IDEAS’ best-performing social media campaign (Know Your GLCs: https://www.ideas.org.my/know-your-glcs/) in 2020.
