The team was also responsible for the traditional printed ‘guides to the season’ and associated press advertising in high-end glossy’s.Pitched and won Cloudy Bay online workCloudy Bay is a premium New Zealand wine. www.cloudybaylocator.co.uk is the wines first UK online presence and is designed to appeal to wine and food buffs as well as help build relationships with the trade. The site was developed and launched in 2 months. It offers detailed wine information and capitalises on the wines scarcity by offering online real time booking functionality for select restaurants that stock all Cloudy Bay varietals.Impulse BTL logo device development Sure for Women – Won 2007 brand activation pitchA large amount of the teams work was on SFW over the 4 months where we were responsible for evaluation of 2006 activity, retail style guides for 2007 for both core and crystal and planning for a large scale sampling activity for crystal for 07. This project relied heavily on my strong project management skills in overseeing the account handling and creative teams to ensure that the launch deadline was hit, and more importantly that all comms had the correct Orange look and feel. The role also included planning for the subsequent retail campaigns.

The project researching new ways to combine web, SMS & display technologies in order to successfully communicate Lotto and EuroMillions jackpots in the retail environment and subsequently drive significant sales uplifts. Responsibilities included: technology scoping, management of supplier tender process & supplier procurement, drafting website & unit 'requirement spec', management of prototype development & exterior design, pilot planning, retailer selection & sell-in, regional & store selection, in depth monitoring and evaluation of the 6 month in store pilot, writing final business case and rollout strategy including financial modelling for presentation to the wider business with to successfully securing rollout funding. Business Case to gain funding for the development of a Camelot trade website. The role involved working with the Camelot Retail Comms Manager and a Camelot Business Analyst to review market intelligence, meet with key stakeholders throughout Camelot and research National Lottery Retailers (qual & quant). Evaluation of the effectiveness of this type of media for National Lottery communications, and recommendations for improvements in content on Camelot owned screens in retail, including the design of an ongoing evaluation program to test different content formats. Role also included management of content creation.Secondment to Camelot Retail Marketing department.One month spent on general Retail Marketing activitiesLaunch of Daily Play.The first 12 months of this role focused mainly on retail promotional strategy development, management of creative process and implementation of national monthly campaigns, Good Cause communications and new game launches. Liaison with ATL, media buying, media planning and design agencies.
