Prepare quotes and invoicing for all customers. Reconcile and prepare payments to suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare BAS and PAYG reports and payments. Prepare documents for End of Financial Year reporting to Accountant.

End to end Accounts Receivable and Payable. Prepare weekly Payroll. Assist in Cash flow projections and cost cutting exercises. Assist in Project management.

End to end Accounts Receivable processing. Weekly payroll processing including posting to GL. Superannuation and Payroll Tax preparation and payments. Implement cost tracking procedures and monitor on a weekly basis. Manage new product line, including packaging, processing and distribution to customers. Manage Office Staff and assist in Sales Enquiries.

End to end Accounts Receivable for Accounts in excess of 5m. Reconcile and solely manage debt control, account transactions and payments. Secure transport and prepare logistic documents for outgoing deliveries, including invoices, con notes and chep transfers. Reconcile and audit pallet and crate transfers to ensure acceptability and accuracy.
