I manage eTapestry, our donor database, by processing and recording all monetary donations. I also send out acknowledgement letters for all gifts. In addition, I am in charge of accounts receivable and inventory food donations for our food pantry.

I supervised roughly 100 volunteers, which included individuals in the community and court-supervised community service workers, and interns per year. I managed the daily accounting of the store, which makes about $20,000 per year. I assisted over 100 clients of our organization and our partners per year. I also assisted around 100 donors with donating to the store per year.

I created a volunteer recruitment document with University of Georgia student organizations, local nonprofits and individuals who could be potential volunteers. I also created a volunteer exit survey.

I created a best practices report for the Pride Center's Safe Space Training based on research I did of similar trainings at peer universities.

I wrote a technical assistance grant to the Resist Foundation to cover the cost of a grant proposal writing class at the University of Georgia's Gwinnett campus. I also helped register voters in the 2016 election.

I provided administrative assistance for Georgia Equality's 2016 voter registration drive by entering voter information into a spreadsheet. I created social media posts for Twitter to encourage voter participation in counties throughout Northeast Georgia. I also contacted state representatives to ensure their participation in Georgia Equality's survey for candidate endorsements. In addition, I contacted local artists to create and submit pieces for a World AIDS Day exhibit.

I provided administrative support by organizing and maintaining client files.

I facilitated a Safe Space Training to the Woodland session. I conducted interviews with pastors in the Middle Tennessee area about LGBT+ inclusion in their congregations. I planned and executed a pancake breakfast fundraiser at Woodland to purchase merchandise for our booth at Nashville Pride. I also coordinated volunteers to help out at our booth.
