As Chief Legal Officer and Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Rockford Construction, Melissa leads the legal and risk department providing counsel for the company’s real estate development, architecture, construction, brokerage, and property management companies. Melissa's role includes establishing and maintaining strategic relationships and assisting with the One Rockford strategic plan.
