My main role is kitchen designer but I have also done designs for bathroom installations. My day to day role consists of answering phone calls and emails, customer service (advising and liaising), keeping the showroom looking presentable, various admin tasks (like using a quoting system) & organising our schedule. I am familiar with the CAD programme 'Fusion' & the quoting system Easy Quote. Throughout my time working here I feel I have built up a firm knowledge of the kitchen and bathroom industry and although my main role involves kitchens I am swerving more to the idea of getting involved with bathroom designing. I really like the relationships that can build with customers and throughout my working career I have gained exceptional customer service experience.
