Manage 500+ non-exempt employees and over 30 exempt management shipping over 50M units across the U.S. Multi-functional facility with conveyor systems, manual pick and pack operations, Automated Storage Retrieval Systems (Autostore), wholesale, retail and e-commerce fulfillment. Full P&L responsibility for over $40M in annual revenue including contract negotiations & annual budget.
