Developed and directed the agency’s performance and quality improvement (PQI) program for 23 years to create logic models, identify performance measures, and achieve program outcomes and goals for agency programs. Created a culture of continuous improvement by working closely with quality improvement teams to provide leadership, technical assistance, facilitation, and support for quality improvement activities. Creating data collection tools, surveys, data reports, databases, and dashboards. Consistently used data in support of achieving over 150 agency performance targets, program goals, client satisfaction surveys and client outcomes in the areas of safety, well-being, education, workforce development and permanency. Assisted in developing the agency Strategic Plan and created data presentations for the Board of Directors, Executive Staff, and employees. Acted as lead coordinator of the agency-wide yearlong national reaccreditation process through the Council on Accreditation (COA) and successfully led the agency to reaccreditation in years 2007, 2011, 2015, and 2019.

Planned, developed, organized, implemented, evaluated, maintained, and managed the Activity Department. Supervised the Activity Staff by providing in-service education and training of job responsibilities. Assisted in developing formal care plans identifying the problems and needs of each resident. Created monthly calendars that included a variety of activities for all levels of care and opportunities for off-site events for residents.
