I also oversaw clinical and R&D technology portfolio governance consisting of 42+ clinical technology platforms to track milestones of each clinical trial, including timeline and budget. Some accomplishments include:  Transforming overall technology strategy by introducing through a vision of consolidating five different operating models for conducting clinical trials into one unified and standardized system to increase consistency, accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce redundancy, costs, and compliance risks. Early stage transformation achieved unprecedented scale and generated $10M+ in YoY savings. Overcoming resistance to influence the highest levels of the organization and gaining buy-in from the CEO and other key executives to establish a center of excellence and develop a proof of concept for a new operating model to run clinical trials.
