To support and develop the implementation of WHS and Health and Well Being strategies and programs that drive an effective culture for business success. This involves providing strategic WHS, HSE and HWB support and leadership; building organisational alignment through consistency and efficiency; maintaining and improving our WHS management systems and also HSE governance processes; and working collaboratively with key stakeholders.

To effectively plan, lead and deliver the HSEQ Strategic Program (HSEQ Strategy), focusing on revitalising and strengthening the HSE culture; reviewing and refreshing critical HSE programs, systems and processes, including supporting and further developing our people.
