Product Manager, Diagnostic Integrations
Current• Owner of diagnostic integration module within Pulse OS that supports veterinary laboratories, point-of-care devices, and DICOM imaging• Achieved release of Pulse diagnostic module within 3 months, accounting for 30% of product revenue• Managed and delivered multiple business partner initiatives on tight deadlines, totaling over 4 million dollars in realized revenue• Organized previously stalled project by assessing functional work completed, organized and prioritized backlog based on functionality outstanding, and jumpstarted releases within two sprints• Manage all GTM materials (user guides, support materials), trainings (internal and external), and status updates• Manage the beta enablement process and beta customer support/communication• Create and maintain 12 - 24 month product roadmaps, keeping leadership/stakeholders appraised of project progress on a week-by-week basis• Drive two scrum development teams totaling 25 engineers simultaneously, with production releases every sprint• Create and manage product backlog, breaking down business requirements into concise functional requirements that allow teams to execute quickly• Manage competing priorities on tight deadlines, while advocating for product design that maintains a user-focused approach• Interface with stakeholder teams (engineering, architecture, devops, data, security, UX, QA, support, commercial) to deliver solutions that adhere to the highest organizational standards while prioritizing user experience • Interface with external stakeholders (customers and lab partners) on a weekly basis• Work cross-functionally with 11 other product managers to manage dependencies and coordinate releases• Constantly assessing, documenting, and championing enhancement possibilities for both products and internal processes
