As front of house supervisor, I work closely with the bakery operator and manager to ensure the team runs efficiently. Daily duties consist of assisting interviews and hiring new employees, training and providing work experiences for new employees in my department, being flexible and filling in any position needed, opening and locking the bakery, and handling the drawers before and after hours. Assisting my team throughout their shift by aiding in technical issues, customer service issues, and enforcing the company's policy and procedures are common duties as well.

Any issues or conflicts a guest may have I help resolve to ensure their experience is the best and all their needs are met. Apart of being a GSR is up-selling additional add ons and the retail items provided. Additionally, I work as a crafter decorating and assembling add ons to meet the needs of the occasion the guest is celebrating.
