During my 32 years of work experience, I have worked in a variety of fields. As a young adult, I learned customer service from McDonald's, Ormonds, and Sears which has helped me build a loyal following with my Mary Kay Consultation business. Through my experience in the field of education, I have learned to work cooperatively with others, to communicate with parents, students, teachers, and administration, to schedule my time and lesson plans to be as effective as possible, to search for possibilities to issues from team teaching to incorporating the Common Core to bridging learning gaps for students, and to think outside the box for ways to create a learning environment for students and teachers.
