CurrentExecutive Responsibilities • Calendar Management: proactively manage CVP's complex calendar with utmost attention to accuracy and timelines and continuous monitoring; resolving meeting conflicts in a constantly fluid schedule, and prioritizing meeting schedule to drive priorities. • Travel: book air, hotel, and transportation. • Expense Reporting: reconcile and monitor expenses and process reports in a timely manner for self and CVP.• Sensitive Communications: exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity and professionalism in all transactions involving confidential and sensitive information.• Executive Meetings: attend meetings and 1:1s, taking notes, meeting minutes, and recording action items.Business/Team Administrative Responsibilities• Plan and coordinate morale events with the ARC Admin team, including staff meetings, All-Team off-sites, and other team events. • Support the org in MS charitable events - Day of Caring, Give Campaign and MS Auction. Work on several v-teams with Women's Mentoring, Diversity and Inclusion, Give Campaign and all up morale events driving participation and awareness. • Plan and coordinate office moves within buildings and to new building locations working with Facilities for smooth transitions and set-up. • Build relationships with the ARC and Finance admins as well as other admins across Microsoft working on team projects and events, giving time, support, and energy for successful events. Lead ARC Admin meetings at least once a month. Help and mentor new or developing admins to help them succeed.• Acknowledging significant personal events and occasions of team members with flowers or gifts as appropriate while ensuring company policy and procedure are followed.• Ongoing responsibilities include space-planning, ordering supplies, order and track gift cards, team morale snacks.
