In charge of: · Management of international clients in real estate sales and investments (NPLs, REOs, auctions, etc);· Organisation of the agents' agenda as well as documentation (contracts and petitions), data on properties and assets (CRM, MVI, idealista, etc) and content creation for social media;· Real estate market forecasts and valuations of the real market price in south Spain.

My job was focused on fundraising. My responsibilities were:· Face-to-face communication to raise funds for the campaign against human trafficking for sexual exploitation;· Raising awareness in civil society about human rights and Doctors of the World campaigns;· Meeting daily fundraising goals with strict monitoring guidelines;· Our team raised around 100k euros in funds over the 10 months of work.

The research was funded by Global Affairs Canada through ELAP (Emerging Leaders in the Americas Program). I was awarded a CAD7,200 grant to conduct my research at UBC. · Researched urban violence against women in Rio de Janeiro, pointing out its structural causes and its link with Rita Simon theory of gender gap. Bibliographical and big data analyses. Supervised by Brian Job, professor of Political Science and a resident Faculty Associate of School of Public Policy and Global Affairs at UBC.

I was a research assistant to Javier Palummo at the IPPDH (Instituto de Políticas Públicas en Derechos Humanos del MERCOSUR). My main tasks during the internship were: · Logistical assistance in the 4th Course on International Law in Public Policies in Human Rights of the IPPDH; · Data management and information systematization; · Assistance in structuring the 5th Course on International Law in Public Policies in Human Rights; · Spanish-Portuguese translation of the Quito Protocol draft, a regional cooperation protocol for the protection of children and adolescents in the context of human mobility.

IBP specializes in the B2B technology market and I was hired as a Brazilian representative to work at an Adobe project. My achievements were: · Collected individually more than 3000 specific leads (numbers and personal emails) of companies’ directors, supervisors, and CEOs from all over Brazil in three months.· Implemented new software to improve and streamline the company's lead processing, resulting in an exponential increase in productivity.

SiUR is the UFRRJ's MUN (Model of United Nations). I was Secretary General of the IV SiUR. My main tasks and achievements were: · Operationalize the bureaucracies required by the host institution, budget, logistics, relationship between organizers and team coordination; · Networking with other MUNs to achieve a national expansion of the event, which led to the presence of more than 100 students from 10 different institutions; · Democratizing the MUN: through fundraising, we were able to become the cheapest MUN in Rio de Janeiro.

Fisk, a known brazilian language academy, hired me as a private spanish teacher. My main responsabilities were: · Developed lesson plans and curricula based on the needs of individual students (as internships, exchanges abroad, travels, written examinations like CCSE, public concourses and other purposes).· Providing conversational classes where pronunciation and important words and phrases are taught with particular emphasis on the differences between Portuguese and Spanish since I am a native speaker of both languages.· Monitoring student's progress by writing up reports and grading assessments.
