My main tasks and achievements were: · Operationalize the bureaucracies required by the host institution, budget, logistics, relationship between organizers and team coordination; · Networking with other MUNs to achieve a national expansion of the event, which led to the presence of more than 100 students from 10 different institutions; · Democratizing the MUN: through fundraising, we were able to become the cheapest MUN in Rio de Janeiro.
