A licensed physical therapist assistant at an acute care hospital. Together with a PT, I assist in facilitating physical therapy treatments within the plan of care in order to maximize functional mobility, patient outcomes, and appropriate discharge planning. Our department emphasizes a multi-disciplinary approach with the entire medical team to achieve the best quality of care for our patients.
