Coordinate with local municipalities and pole owners for permitting and pole applications, joint-trenching, and make-ready for utility poles. Maintains workflow databases, updates schedules, and distributes design prints and other necessary working documents.

Assignment, creation and dispatching of all monthly extinguisher, exit/emergency light, hood and backflow preventative maintenance work orders.Dispatch of sub contracted sprinkler and alarm inspectionsAssist as needed with dispatch of reactive service work orders, work order follow-up, processing of proposals, fielding inbound phone calls.
