Current- Answer and manage phone and email inquiries regarding programs, schedules, and membershipinformation
- Assist members with registration for programs, including fitness classes, swim lessons, and sportsleagues using MINDBODY software to manage bookings and payments.
- Handle administrative tasks such as processing payments, updating member accounts, and issuingfacility passes in Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate member information and seamlessoperations.
