Proactively sought out professional relationships with US Military and local business community leadership to provide awareness and suppport for our service members. I recruited, trained, and supervised volunteers, and tracked their development and recognition through VMS. I contributed to the creation of budgetary guidelines, performed weekly cash handlings, maintained accurate inventory of supplies and assets, and performed shopping duties. Worked closely with USO leadership to plan and execute large scale programs within Grafenwoehr USO, Camp Aachen USO and USO Bavaria Outreach. My weekly duties and tasks involved developing marketing strategies, executing daily programs, creating photographic and videography material, digital and print graphics, updating the USO Bavaria Webstie, and utilizing Salesforce
