I am excellent at resident relations. I have a great record for collecting rents and staying at or below my budget. I have set annual budgets for my properties that have impressed owners. I have extensive experience with compliance and fair housing. I'm experienced with large staffs and training them to work as a team. I believe building strong teams leads to success for the property and residents. As I have a background in sales I love leasing. I believe if you have pride in your property people will want to live there. I keep on top of weekly and monthly reports!Goal- I would like to find a company that promotes education and a high level of customer service. I would like to find a property in a warmer climate.
