Communicative business process analyst, with over 2 years experience supporting various project management, business analysis, and reporting teams, analyzing business and technical processes to formulate and develop modern business information processing systems. I have an A.A.S. in Business Management/Administration with a specialization in Information Processing, a B.A.S. in Accounting, and an M.S. in Data Analytics. I have substantial familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. My current responsibilities include requirements gathering, managing and optimizing product backlogs, performing application configurations, user-end testing, and offering informative demonstrations of the eMedNY Provider Enrollment (PE) Portal product suite. Outside of the office, I support various non-profit organizations as a marketing and website chair and as a treasurer.
