Supervision of staff including hiring and termination, development programs, appraisals and salary administration. Fundraising including grant writing and administration, coordination of fundraising events, donor development, and United Way reporting. Accounting including tracking of all accounts receivable and accounts payable in QuickBooks, Banking, Payroll, and Financial reporting to Board of Directors. Marketing including public speaking, networking at community meetings, developing annual report, social media, etc. Also work with Board of Directors on continuance of strategic plan, monthly director's reports and attend all board meetings.
