Opened this location as the Assistant Manager and was promoted to Store Manager. Went through new store setup. Responsible for providing an elevated shopping experience for every customer. Personally build each client their own wardrobe based on their needs and taste. Responsible for hiring, training, and developing team. Maintaing store expectations and goals. Inventory management. Executing floorsets and upholding company visual standards. Creating schedules with P&L awareness. Working closely with DM. Partnering with sister company stores to cross promote branding. Partnering with organizations LBBC and CMN to create awareness and obtain donations. My store was one of the top 10 retailers who raised donations in NJ for CMN for 2014 and 2015.

I was the head student aide. Responsible for children pre-k to 5th grade.
