• Project Manager for NIH funded research studies in which Penn serves as a data coordinating center (DCC)• Coordination of project activities including planning, logistics, materials and documentation of Committee meetings, management of various committees and their activities• Assist in Protocol development support activities• Enhance communication between and among groups and individuals. Distribute information as appropriate to project members. Review and revise distribution tools as needed• Identify, negotiate and finalize meeting/training plans and associated requirements. • Participate in all project meetings and teleconferences relative to the design, development and implementation of the project and prepare documents, reports, meetings, summaries and facilitate communication• Evaluate project requirements in the area of regulatory compliance• Monitor regulatory compliance and maintain documentation as appropriate to record procedural compliance• Site initiation, training and management• Design and develop case report forms and manual of procedures • Train clinical sites via webinars, in person yearly trainings and constant email communication as well as monitor site activity and proficiency through monthly quality assurance reports and data checks • Communicate, on behalf of the trial team ,with all participating centers (sites, core labs, reading centers)• Responsible for submission of all regulatory documents
