•Provide legal support to the UK and EMEA businesses with primary responsibility for the emerging markets teams. •Drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements including; -Terms and conditions for the trade marketing website;-Software licence agreements;-Service contracts, for example for external PR services, research services and audio equipment maintenance;-Sponsorship agreements; and -Leases for new Russian offices.•Liaising with the sales team and drafting channel distribution agreements for the IPTV, DTH and cable platforms.•Assisted in compiling defence for Employment Tribunal.•Drafted and advised on a series of loan notes, board minutes and letters of guarantee.

Working as a secondee in the Corporate/Commercial department I provided advice in relation to film promotions both on and off-line. I am also gained experience in the following:•Reviewed and amended a number of short form promotional licence agreements.•Drafted UK privacy policy and terms of use; liaised with local counsel to produce similar documents for their territories.•Reviewed and drafted schedule to Master Licence Agreement between WB and POS data provider.•Researched and gathered evidence to defend copyright claim in Germany.•Researched grounds on which WB could claim their rights to an existing domain name and prepared email setting out position.•Drafted Promotional Agency Services template.•Drafted competition terms and conditions and prize acceptance forms.•Drafted amendment to franchise agreement.
