By running my own store, I am responsible for recruitment, training and development. This includes training new store managers. I conduct our payroll and labour management activities within the store. I also have to meet sales budgets, and maintain P&L management.My role also includes maintaining stock flow and merchandising coordination throughout the Toys R Us and Babies R Us sides of the store. I have a hands on approach in my role that is heavily dependent on customer service. I work closely with all members of my team to ensure that my stores offer impeccable customer service to every customer. Show less
