With nearly 27 years of financial services sector experience in private banking, insurance, wealth management, and business ownership, I understand a client’s varying financial needs with growing and protecting assets, transferring wealth to the next generation, saving tax efficiently, and charitable giving strategies. I am a second-generation Texan and a native Houstonian. My father is a retired CPA and my brother is a Partner with PwC. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Minor in Business Foundations ('98) and my Financial Planning Certificate ('05) from The University of Texas at Austin. I started my banking career in 1998 at Bank of America. I worked in financial planning with high net worth clients at JPMorgan Chase Bank and Wells Fargo Private Bank. I attained my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification from the CFP Board in January 2006 and my Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designation from The American College of Financial Services in 2023. I passed the Series 66 Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) exam in January 2006 and the Series 7 & 63 exams in 2002. I have been licensed for Life & Health since 2001 and Property & Casualty since 2010. I co-founded the Fleming & Conway Allstate Insurance Agency in 2010, helping our clients protect their assets. I was recruited by IronBridge Private Wealth in 2022 and rejoined my former private banking partners. I am the Director of The Cure Starts Now Austin-Round Rock, Texas Chapter (Team Brock), along with my husband, James, who is an honorably retired Austin Police Officer. Team Brock, has raised $2.1MM, in honor of our 7-year-old son, Brock, who battled DIPG. I joined The Cure Starts Now team as a Director, to help expand their corporate partnerships. I am the proud parent of a future Texas A&M Aggie-Mays Business School and blessed to be my daughter’s Girl Scout Troop Leader. I am a Round Rock City Councilmember, former Ambassador Chair & Board Member with the Round Rock Chamber, formerly on the Chamber’s Leadership Round Rock Planning Committee, former Vice Chair of Round Rock Charter Review Commission, 2019 Girl Scouts Women of Distinction honoree, and 2023 Round Rock Chamber Investor of the Year.
