Having been in the Las Vegas Property Management industry for over 2 decades I am very knowledgeable in the field. In 1998 my career started with New West Property Management as the Front Desk Receptionist and it didn't take long for me to realize how much I loved the business. By 1999 I secured my Nevada Real Estate License and was promoted to an Assistant Property Manager. After being trained by some of the best in the biz an opportunity arose a few years later and around 2004 I was officially a Property Manager. My dedication to my clients, company and industry is what drives me and keeps my passion for the business alive & well! Over the next decade I continued to learn & grow the business expanding my knowledge base while developing lasting relationships with my clients. When my Broker retired in 2014 another opportunity arose to become part owner of the company that I had dedicated the previous 15 years of my life to and I was honored to be able to step into the role of Broker. Not only do I get to continue to serve the Las Vegas Community and clients from all over the world I now get to lead my team in developing their relationships and future.As a member of NAR, NVR, LVR and NARPM I stay up to date on market trends, state requirements and best practices for the business. After more than 20 years in the industry some days I feel like I am just getting started because there is always something new to learn from technology developments to daily experiences. Having had the opportunity to serve 1000's in the Las Vegas Valley is a gift that I work to show my gratitude for every day!
