Having an older sibling and a child with a disability, they are my inspiration to make positive change within the disability sector. To ensure that we have quality providers with well-trained staff caring for the most vulnerable individuals in our communities. I consider myself a passionate advocate for those who are neurodiverse, a promoter of person-centred care, and have an endless desire to learn more about the disability sector. My particular areas of interest include the implementation of practice standards with adherence to quality indicators while investing in a continuous quality framework. We can and should always strive for better service being provided to those who are underserved in our community.
