Business Development & Customer Relations LeadMy role as the TOWES Business Development & Customer Relations Lead at Bow Valley College allows me to use, to the benefit of our customers, my 17+ years of experience in the field of literacy and essential skills (LES). After managing the development of the new TOWES web-based LES tools, my next area of focus is helping prospective and existing TOWES customers make informed decisions around integrating TOWES web and paper-based LES assessment and training materials into programs, instruction, research and projects. In addition to assisting customers with their decisions, I provide training and support, through the initial stages of implementation.
