Prime Minister’s Science Excellence Educator Award 2024 nominee. STEM keynote and panelist speaker at education summits, conferences and podcasts including the AGE education summit, MONASH STEMinars and Victorian Academy of Teaching and Learning. Uses agile, strategic leadership skills and capabilities to build teaching capacity for effective and quality STEM teaching and learning as part of the wider, newly established, Questacon National Educator Programs Team. As Victorian Regional Leader, I aim to build collective impact, ensuring that Questacon's programs complement and connect to other state initatives, whilst supporting educators to find and access available STEM professional learning opportunities and resources. Questacon's National Regional Leaders Team priority goal is to increase STEM teaching and learning capacity, helping educators contextualise and co-design and develop STEM programs, with a core focus on regional areas and low SES schools.
