I have been a licensed Property Casualty Producer since 1987 and a Life & Health Producer since 1989. After working with several smaller agencies in New Haven and Fairfield County, I joined Shoff Darby in 1999. In October 2023, Shoff Darby merged with Lawley, LLC. As the agency’s Regional Marketing Manager, I am responsible for the development and growth of our agency with our carriers and producers. My true passion is working with clients and prospects in the area of manufacturing; technology; not-for-profit; professional and management liability. I have a strong focus on direct and virtual manufacturers; startups and global accounts. I have previously sat on the Hartford National Small Business Advisory Board and the CNA Small Business National Agent’s Advisory Council. I am currently a member of the Acadia Insurance Company Agent's Board; Selective Northeast Producer Council; Chubb Connecticut and Chubb National Small Business Council; and the Large Agent’s Committee for the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA). I have also been a guest panelist for Traveler’s SHE Travels Leadership Forum and most recently a keynote speaker for the Liberty Mutual Northeast Region SPARK event. From September 2021 to 2023, I served as Chair of the Executive Committee for BIG I CT- Independent Agents of Connecticut. I am currently the Immediate Past Chair for BIG I CT.
