Through my various careers, I have centered mostly around customer service and ensuring that customers had the best possible experience. In my role as a Customer Service Representative at David’s Bridal, I learned about what it meant to go the extra mile to provide a bride and her party with the product that they desired. It was through this experience that I became in-tune with being customer service driven, knowing that the work I was doing was providing a positive customer experience, even in the midst of stressful situations. Outside of my career, I began to heavily volunteer at my church for special events. I worked side-by-side with the Event Coordinator for a couple of years with event design, eventually leading to being a Team Lead for the last year for all Special Event Design. This opportunity has provided me with practical experience in team building, leadership, communication, project management, and creating and effectively communicating a vision to team. My experience as an Interior Design student has fostered problem solving, time management, creativity, and dedication. My experiences have finely tuned my skills in being detail-oriented and have provided a solid foundation for me to effectively design interiors or special events.
