- Business Expense Processing for: ABC (Argentina - Bolivia - Chile) ECP (Ecuador - Colombia - Peru) GTC (Guyana - Trinidad - Suriname) MCA (Mexico).- Lead ACCN's commercial claims processing team for the Western Hemisphere (NAM and LAM).- Participate in process improvement projects for WH. - Manual expense report processing for M-I SWACO & Smith for EEUU - ARG.- Perform random weekly and monthly audits of expense reports according to company policies and procedures for each country.- Resolve service inquiries regarding all policies, processes and teach internal users the use of the platforms as needed.- Follow up on open or rejected expense reports that need additional approvals, exemptions or escalations.
