• Answer phone, greet and interact with people in a professional, courteous manner.• Enter hourly time for respective attorneys in TABS billing system.• E-file court related documents with the Wisconsin Circuit Court E-filing System.• Prepare letters, pleadings and other documents in an accurate and timely manner. • Assist attorneys with client-related matters.• Maintain and organize files with case status and information.

• Answer telephone and direct calls to appropriate personnel.• Maintain attorney calendars, to include scheduling appointments and court hearings.• Open and close client files.• Receive and transcribe legal dictation.• Handle recording of billable/non-billable hours.• Prepare correspondence and legal documents.
