Melissa Granger is a driven young professional specializing in supporting sales organizations. In Melissa’s role at Hilco, she acts as the point person between sales, clients, product management, and operations to ensure seamless product transitions and program launches by keeping track of artwork approvals, item setup, and inventory levels are ready to meet launch dates and provide deliverables. She assists in the day-to-day needs such as ad hoc reporting, communicating with supply chain to provide ETAs on backorders, and providing sales with updates on various projects.Melissa also has experience with organization communications- she has had involvement in merger transitions and organizing trainings for new systems being implemented to the workforce. She is also an ambassador during such organizational changes, advocating for sales members behind the scenes when their business processes are being reviewed and updated.Melissa takes great pride in seeing the business grow, and helping make people’s work experience smoother. She works hard to develop and simplify the pipeline of asking questions and reporting feedback so that the sales reps on her team have more time back to truly focus on selling, and the clients needs are met without any interruption to their business.
