I am a highly developed professional with fifteen years’ experience working across all areas of Learning and Development and over twenty years’ experience working in the Beauty sector. I currently work at THE BODY SHOP Australia as the State Training Manager for NSW/ACT.I work alongside a dynamic and fun team of people who all share the same interest and that is to motivate and inspire others to deliver a high level of customer service while creating an experience unique only to our brand. My career is built around people, collaboration and culture.. Last year I was recognised by my wider HR team for my success in delivering our Specialist programs to staff.
