Clients included HR, Shared Services, Environmental Health and Safety, Compliance, Procurement, Finance, IT, Security and Legal. • US point person for global Employer Brand launch ─ a two year, $1M rollout, including a multi-media campaign highlighting US employees and multiple employee events across the country. • Supported multiple mergers and acquisitions.• Communication point person for all corporate technology implementations including Oracle Fusion, Concur travel and expense, payroll consolidation, Ceridian DayForce time keeping system.

Established US HR communication function supporting Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, M&A, Policies, and HR Shared Services. Created “OneHR” messaging, processes, and media across US organization (60,000+ employees). US liaison for all global HR implementations.

Core member of the global Corporate Transactions and Transformations (CTT) consulting practice responsible for analyzing the impact of M&A and restructurings and developing plans to support the transitions.
