With a focus on outreach and preventive measures, we have improved access to essential resources and significantly enhanced the quality of life for this community.In my previous role as an LVAD Coordinator at Scripps Health, I implemented strategies that prioritized risk assessment and diversity, ensuring equitable resource distribution. It's our collective efforts that have fortified partnerships and expanded support networks, solidifying my commitment to creating inclusive environments for all.
