I was responsible for tracking all of the shots coming through Animation, monitoring the shots’ progress and ensuring that final approved versions were delivered in a timely manner to the next department. I generated detailed and accurate notes during Rounds/Dailies with the Animation Supervisor and Leads. I was also present at client reviews, aiding the Animation Supervisor and taking official SPI client notes. I monitored how often shots were shown to the Animation Supervisor and client, keeping the SPI database and scheduling software updated for Animation. I ensured clear and frequent communication between the artists, their Leads, the Animation Supervisor, other departments, and the rest of the Production team in the Culver City offices.

As the VFX Assistant Project Manager on The Smurfs 2 I generated VFX Daily Wrap Reports summarizing all information from the shoot day, including any VFX notes that could affect the rest of shoot and post production. I was responsible for writing all notes based on filmmaker reviews and turning over the information in a timely manner; I also assured this information was imported into the VFX database. I generated all Turnover notes, incorporating information from Technical Turnovers and Filmmaker Kickoffs. In addition, I aided in the preparation of these Turnovers. I tracked all Props and Set Decorating items that were valuable assets for VFX in post; this included coordinating photo sessions and the scanning of items, as well as their delivery to vendors. I coordinated the travel for VFX visiting consultants/specialists and managed the department’s shipment of assets.

As the Production Secretary on Riddick 3 I managed the database containing all crew members’ information. I was responsible for the generation and distribution of the Crew List and Contact List of the film’s vendors. I oversaw the proper completion of every crew member’s contract and acted as liaison between the crew members, unions and Production office; I assured that all parties received proper documentation in a timely manner. In addition, I was the point person for Production’s inventory of documents from set and coordinated distribution to department heads. I managed the organization of the Production Office and aided the Production Coordinator with the opening and closing of vendor accounts.

I managed all shipments and coordinated local transportation for visiting vendors.
