• Manage the full lifecycle of the talent acquisition process from sourcing, interviewing, vetting, and referring candidates to the hiring manager to extending offers and relationship building• Provide support to hiring managers• Partner with the TA Manager to develop and implement best practice talent acquisition strategies and processes• Utilize Jobvite to manage all recruiting activity, ensuring data accuracy• Understand and track data according to OFCCP compliance• Build and maintain a pipeline of screened, qualified candidates for future opportunities, and maintain constant contact with candidates throughout the hiring process• Develop valuable and effective working relationships with hiring and program managers to understand company business needs, contracts, and recruiting requirements• Collaborate with the team to establish and implement a proactive recruitment strategy for our programs and contracts to create a pipeline of candidates for current and future opportunities• Use creative sourcing techniques in LinkedIn Recruiter Seat and Indeed for locating perfect-fit candidates who meet qualifications and skill requirements for current and future position openings• Assist with the development of recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and other sourcing outlets to increase ROI on recruiting activity• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies

● Manage the full life cycle recruiting process and take part in each aspect of the placement process, from the initial job order to help onboard the new employee● Post creative job descriptions for open positions on multiple recruiting and social media sites such as ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Monster, Facebook, Instagram, and the DOL● Attend recruiting events, and network with local colleges, technical schools, local apartments, and military organizations● Recruit/Source candidates, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions per client needs● Conduct new hire orientation/paperwork, process E-Verify, reference checks, administer background checks and drug screens● Employee Relations/Management: conduct performance reviews, counsel/coach employees● Handle/process all workers’ compensation claims and workplace violence/safety issues● Process payroll for temporary employees and pay state/federal taxes per payroll period● Maintain client relations for proper staffing needs, client visits, and on-site client interviews● Business Development/Customer Care program to establish strong client relationships and drive company growth through sales
