• Owner and administrator for the bank’s teller (Vertex – JHA), new account (Argo Keys – JHA) and CRM (Synapsys – JHA) systems. Manage the Annual Release, Disaster Recovery and Mergers/Consolidations. Worked directly with Brinks to set up new branches and commercial clients.• Lead for the bank’s Safe Deposit Box department. Responsible for the annual Safe Deposit Box escheatment for each state. Set up and managed the process for safe deposit box drillings for 100+ branches. Worked directly with each state’s Unclaimed Property Division for the escheatment process.• Lead administrator for the bank’s teller (Vertex- JHA) and CRM (Synapsys – JHA) systems. And back-up for the new account (Argo Keys – JHA) system.

• Trained on the deposit policies and procedures manual (A-Z manual) that supported the teller and new account functions to ensure accuracy and consistency to meet bank objectives and regulatory requirements. • Support for the frontline associates in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana for all deposit policies and procedures.• Trained the Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana regions concerning all deposit operational duties which consisted of 106 branches and 400+ associates. • Conducted surprise operational audits throughout Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana regions and provided training and resolution recommendations if applicable to ensure gaps were addressed. • Subject Matter Expert for new hires.

• Managed a team of 6 associates that oversaw the customer information data within the branch’s core (Silverlake – CIF) system. This team maintained all customer information and verified all new accounts.• Managed a team of 3 that imaged and reviewed all bank documents (Filebound Document Management).• Managed the bank’s Exception Processing area that was responsible for all mail-in transactions, payments and deposits. • Researched and created the bank’s Titling Manual and Titling Grid.• Led the team that converted/merged customer information from 3 sister banks into one. • Managed the Annual Release, Disaster Recovery and Mergers/Consolidations for the customer information data within the core (Silverlake – CIF) system.
