I have a strong passion for building and leading departments and companies through periods of growth and change. My inquisitive nature helps me quickly uncover ways to streamline operations and build processes that produce stronger sales and more efficient workflows. Managing, developing and elevating people, and ultimately the customer, is both a hunger and a skill. I am a doer who is not afraid to roll up my sleeves and get the job done. A self-taught corporate recruiter, I worked with Vail Resorts executives to identify hiring needs, develop job descriptions, interview candidates and extend job offers. When I moved to Denver, it was with the laser focus of continuing my career at a company making a big splash in luxury travel, Exclusive Resorts. At Exclusive Resorts I got the professional experience equivalent to a Master's in business, with an emphasis on hospitality. I began in the Member Services department and quickly rose the ranks to manage a 50+ person department of customer service experts, coaching and mentoring inbound and seasoned luxury customer service professionals. Subsequent promotions, including developing the inaugural experiential travel program and selling memberships rounded out my career at Exclusive Resorts. Following my business passions in the travel space, I started my own travel company and experienced immediate success building and operating trips for large groups in Africa, South and Central America and beyond. After having my second child I joined Rothschild Safaris as Vice President of Sales and Operations and rolled my business under the world-class umbrella of Rothschild Safaris, where the company experienced explosive growth through strategic operations and customer service restructuring. When the pandemic hit, much of the travel industry experienced devasting effects. However, one company, Manifest, saw potential as private aviation began to soar. I was asked to join Manifest in 2021 as their Chief Experience Officer, building a department equipped to compliment private charter requests with group and private travel experiences. My business development background paid off when we forged powerful contracts with some of the biggest and most prestigious names in travel, thus providing us access to every corner of the globe in a streamlined fashion.
