As the primary brand and creative lead at PreCise, I conduct oversight of all visual and creative elements produced for the brand. Work closely with the marketing team to develop impactful, on-brand media concepts and designs. Create compelling sales demos and presentations for potential customers, in collaboration with leadership. Additionally, work with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Support to design and validate polished, user-centered software solutions.

Collaborated with a diverse, cross-functional team to craft intuitive user flows that evolved into delightful experiences and user interfaces for R1’s Entry Pay patient financial management app. Utilized usability research techniques like RITE studies, user interviews and cognitive walk throughs to inform and test our assumptions to deliver solutions that improved the experience. Additionally, we collaborated with sales and marketing to create product demos and presentations, and distilled complicated processes into understandable information graphics to be used in the sales process.

Work with clients to produce marketing and advertising creative, from websites and e-marketing to advertising and promotional print collateral. I enjoy partnering with clients and assisting them through the entire creative process.

Develop and produce creative collateral, signage, advertising and website design, web graphics, and web advertising for Tamarack and its partners. Projects range from luxury real estate and hospitality to high-energy sports and recreation. All projects require strategic thought and are taken from concept to completion. Tight timelines require efficiency and strict attention to detail.

Managed a team of in-house designers, freelancers and copywriters creating all of Brooks Sports’ marketing collateral. Projects included seasonal catalogs, retail promotions, advertising, retail point of purchase, direct mail, packaging, tradeshow and event design, and multimedia design (website and video). All projects were taken from concept to print; this included internal client collaboration, vendor management, contract negotiation and management of illustrators and photographers. I managed a $500,000 annual budget and was responsible for department creative project management.

In charge of introducing brand identity and marketing materials for Wild Roses, a new women’s apparel line by OR. Responsibilities included concept development, art direction of product photo shoots, layout, and production of entire marketing program including hang tags, header cards, advertising, and consumer catalog. Secondary duties included photo editing and management of the photographer database.

Assisted art directors and creative directors in conceptual development, design/layout, and production of strategic, full color, printed materials. Projects included marketing materials; direct-mail, channel/trade show promotions and P.O.P. for technology companies such as Iomega, Hewlett Packard, and OKIDATA.
