• Process owner for oxide plasma etch tools (6/14-6/15) and metal plasma etch tools (6/15-present). As the process owner, I am responsible for the following:o Managing the daily issues that surface on my tools during the 24 hr manufacturing process. o Track, investigate and respond to all SPC (Statistical Process Control) failures. o Manage and lead multiple projects related to my tool set, which aim to reduce cycle time, increase capacity and flexibility of the toolset, and increase the overall yield of the product. • Leader of site-wide product yield improvement team. Cross functional team investigates new and baseline yield issues on legacy technologies to improve overall yield on control systems to prevent future excursions.• Presents to the to process change committee; consisting of the leaders from each division within the company. I present projects that will be implemented in production, which increase product yield, reduce defectivity, and reduce cost of goods. • Leader of a quality improvement team to fix a defect signal produced by the Etch tool hardware. This problem had been on going for ~2 years prior to my arrival as the process owner. When I became the lead for this quality improvement team, the defects were reduced by 60% within 6 months.• Advanced data query and analysis skills including knowledge of SQL Query, SPC analysis, Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.

• Worked on developing a slide coating for ELISA microarray analysis using peptoids to increase the efficiency and timing of the detection of diseases (i.e. Breast Cancer). This involved using technical equipment such as HPLC, SEM, Circular Dichroism, automated synthesizers, etc.• Managed multiple undergraduate students working on derivatives of the project goal.• Worked hand in hand with middle school teachers to increase the knowledge and understanding of middle school science and math students through creating and implementing inquiry based experiments as a visiting scientist.• Extensive laboratory experience including design, implementation and analysis of experiments and protocols.• First author of the following peer reviewed publications: 1.
