Duties include managing the liability insurance claims which consists of workers compensation, general liability, auto fleet, equipment claims. I work closely with the insurance carrier and broker investigating claims and providing employee support through the claims process. HR Responsibilities include screening applicants by conducting criminal and driving history inquiries. Administer the corporate drug and alcohol policy and as the Designated Employer Representative. Also manage Equal Employment claims and compliance as well as FMLA leaves of absence. Compile and participate in EEO and OFCCP audits.
